Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your mailbox accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired messages will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming mails based on specific rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just choose the email box account you would like to redirect mails from, then select the target email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
